How to make AI your Best Content Creation Assistant
Personal Skills
Summary
While AI doesn’t have the empathy and imagination of the human writer, it can help you create compelling written content faster and more easily. This practical workshop will show you how tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude can generate ideas, tighten briefs, summarise information, write new content, and edit and proofread draft documents.

Delegate instructions
You will be working with your laptops and AI tools. Make sure you have access to them and have downloaded the latest versions of your chosen AI apps. If you’re not sure which apps to choose, opt for ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. You should also bring a subject you’re familiar with for the practical exercises.
