Building Relations PR is a property-focused PR and communications agency with a heart for sustainability in the built environment. Rachel Colgan, Founding Director, established the agency in January 2015. Soon joined by agency Managing Director Kathryn Reucroft, the duo deliver a powerful offering of in-house and agency experience within the property and new homes sector, alongside a 23-strong team and offices in London, Surrey and Edinburgh.

BR has a track record of exceptional results, from developing insightful research and organising thought-provoking roundtables, to supporting sales PR and implementing impactful thought leadership strategies. It recently established an in-house Studio for design, photography and video. Sustainability is a key focus, with a Sustainability Director and Environmental and Social Impact team driving change.
