Following a very successful senior military career, Paul spent 14 years as CEO of the Football Foundation, before retiring from full time executive work in 2020 to develop a diverse portfolio of non-executive roles, both commercial and not for profit, including board roles in tech start up, regulatory, general governance, and sports management.
