We are great supporters of the PRCA's Apprenticeship, and our latest successful apprentice has shown that the programme continues to go from strength to strength. I do not think that there is a better introduction to the PR industry and would highly recommend it.

Davina Masemo joined our comms team as a PR Apprentice in summer 2022 and has developed into a valued member. Her growth as a professional and as a person during this time has been incredible to watch. She is determined, hardworking and likeable, and she brought important insights from her apprenticeship and transferred them to the workplace. I'm extremely proud of Davina and lucky to have played a part in her development. I'm sure she will have a successful career with whatever she chooses next

Dhiren Mistry joined our team as a PR apprentice in September 2022 and has recently completed his apprenticeship with distinction. The support his assessor and the PRCA provided, paired with the training courses included within the apprenticeship programme and the practical experience he’s gained at LMC, has given him a strong foundation for a long-lasting career in PR. As our third apprentice completing the PRCA apprenticeship, we’d encourage agencies of all sizes to embrace the opportunity.

Not everyone can perform in exams or have the opportunity to go to University, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have the intelligence, ability and talent to succeed and do well in a PR role. Mia is excelling in her role with us and because she is young, she brings a different point of view and mindset which is crucial in the creative world we work in. Being an apprentice employer is extremely rewarding and something I think more PR employers should embrace.

Training and mentoring apprentices through our Talent Academy has been a truly rewarding experience, and one we would highly recommend to everyone. Their energy, creativity, and eagerness to grow have not only enriched our team but also reinforced the value of nurturing new talent in driving business success.
