Currently based in London, he has worked around the world and helps organisations with their sustainability and social impact performance and communications. He has spent several years studying the role of corporations in driving sustainable change and has a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.

Sun is a senior communications and marketing leader with 20 years of experience working in climate, sustainability, and global development. She currently serves as Senior Director of Impact, Climate and Sustainability at Edelman.

Rob leads Field's green energy practice and has over 15 years of experience working for organisations driving the green transition. At Field he works for a range of clients across the energy system helping them deliver policy change and build and protect their corporate reputation. He previously had in-house roles at challenger energy supplier OVO and wind energy trade body RenewableUK. In January 2021 he won PR Week’s “Public Affairs Professional of the year” award.

Emily has over 20 years’ experience of helping the world’s largest companies mitigate risk and build value through communication - often in the face of business change and political or social challenge. Following many years of running PR agencies, Emily joined the world’s largest sustainability consulting firm, ERM, at the start of 2025, to help its clients bridge the ‘do’ and the ‘say’ on climate and social impact. Emily is a champion of responsible business.

Natasha is a media trainer and advisor with her company Spinning Red. Her work ranges from embedding new narratives and training senior executives on owning their communication style to advising on their sustainability strategy. She has a proprietary OnDemand self-learning masterclass on embedding sustainability into your comms and delivers training courses on topics such as storytelling to greenwashing. She is co-Managing Director of Antiquoted.com
